The broken elevator in The Drains only works with 3 Elevator Parts. You need Wind Ride to reach them. Once you have 3/3, go back to the elevator shaft and ride down to Lady of the Drains.
Where to find them
Part 1: top right
Go up from the room with the gold key gate. Ride the wind current into the room above and climb to the top.
Part 2: far bottom left
Under The Bog, head left through the room full of wind zones and spikes, using the bubble to launch yourself. In the next room, throw your matchstick into the wall and bounce up to the part.
Part 3: above the elevator tent
Go into the room above the tent next to the broken elevator. Jump the pipe, ride the wind tunnel between the candles, and the part is on your right in the next room. This is directly below the Night Garden spot where you return spirits.
