Looter, the shopkeeper from the Hunter's Cabin, has been split into four pieces around the kingdom. Putting him back together gives a Golden Feather.
How to rebuild him
Start the quest at Whisper's boot
The quest starts at the old boot near a tent in The Docks, on the floor above the first Docks tent. Whisper gives you the Golden Key, which opens every golden gate in the kingdom.
Open the golden gates
Golden gates appear as golden padlocks on the map. Go through each one to the Looter Parts: legs in Graven Valley, arms in the Desiccated Castle, torso in The Drains and head in The Bog.
Return all four parts
With all four parts, go back to Whisper's house. The map marks it for you.
Rebuilding Looter unlocks the Stitched Up achievement.
