Starsinger waits at the top of the Lookout Tower, above the tower's last safe tent. You can take different routes up depending on your movement upgrades. The flight feathers in bubbles let you fly for a short time.
How to beat it
Keep moving
It fires projectiles in several patterns and throws black feathers, then ground pounds while you're busy dodging. Don't stand still.
Slide through the feather ring
A pink flash means a ring of black feathers is closing on you. Slide into the ring, then slide out the other side.
Use a heal-invincibility trinket
As it takes damage its attacks speed up. A trinket that makes you invincible briefly after healing, such as the Melted Candle, helps a lot.
