The Queen is the final boss, fought after you free all three pairs of Ilda's siblings. There is no point of no return, so you can beat her and then go back for anything you missed.
How to beat her
Phase one: dodge everything
Hover over the spikes that rise from the floor. Slide and jump through the golden swords and spiked blocks, and slide through her circling fireballs. Remember your slide has a cooldown.
Phase two: use the raised platforms
At half health, spike walls close in and the floor fills with spikes. Stay on the raised platforms and hover to dodge swords and saws. Throw your matchstick at the platform with the splintered-arrow marker and bounce off it.
Finish the final block
Near the end her health stops at 49. Move close to the block she creates to trigger the ending sequence.
